Kitchen Manager

We're on the lookout for a really good Kitchen Manager who will lead and develop the team at the William Bourne to ensure the kitchen runs like clockwork and fully compliant with all things food safety.
As Kitchen Manager we would ideally like you to have a at least 1 years experience of managing a team / kitchen.
The duties and responsibilities of the KitchenManagerwill be:
Leading the team ensuringkitchen operational standards are always the highest.
Achievement of financial and company targets.
Training and developing the team, guidingthem,and helping them grow both professionally and personally.
The idealKitchen Managerwill:
Be an experienced chef / cook, ideally having worked in a supervisory position for at least 1 year.
Experience with managing food safety and stock auditing
Have experience working with a branded menu.
Be able to have fun at work, engage with the wider team and recognise your team for doing a great job.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £34K
