This is a key leadership role within a business recognised for its quality, stability, and strong pipeline of future sites. The Role: As Contracts Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for several live housing projects, ensuring each development is delivered safely, on time, and to the company’s exacting standards. You’ll provide hands-on support to your Site Managers, maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, and work closely with the Construction and Commercial Directors to drive performance and quality.
