Estate Operations ManagerCanary Wharfc£67k + Benefits Were working with a Prime Managing agent who are looking to hire a development-based Estate Operations Manager as follows: Based on a prestigious new site close to Canary Wharf (London Docklands, E14), overseeing operations (i.e. the running/standards of all services across/within the site) reporting to the General Manager (who manages the site) The development is large and mixed use, comprising apartments, a hotel, and a range of leisure amenities You will have strong development, FM, H&S and staff management experience with a keen eye for standards, processes and driving improvements across services Responsible for the management of key operational departments including estate operations and housekeeping and the corresponding team members, working closely with the General Manager to ensure high quality service levels are delivered and maintained throughout. You will also oversee the operation of key outsourced operations including M&E, security and landscaping. You will assist in driving the strategy and vision of the development and delivering the highest level of guest experience, continually striving for excellence. Working with the Head of Security to be responsible for the day-to-day security provision and business continuity for the estate Managing permits and applications for commercial fitouts, ensuring resident safety systems are not disturbed As Operations Manager you will be hands-on, visible to all team members and observing the day-to-day operations ensuring consistency of 5-star customer service You will be responsible for the day-to-day recruitment and management of your team which includes housekeeping and estate operatives Undertake regular inspections of the estate, reporting and arranging for repairs as required Strong H&S / Fire Safety knowledge essential, including the Building Safety Act To conduct probation meetings and regular performances assessments and mystery audits with all team members In addition to having extensive on-site Estate/Development/Operations Management experience from a stable career background, you will present impeccably and understand the standards required and expected for 5* service. Salary for the successful Estate Operations Manager will start at up to £67k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
