We are on the lookout for a Strategic Lead to help a fantastic membership health client of ours on a fixed term contract basis. Please get in touch if this sounds interesting and for more information.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Help and lead on the development of a very exciting and ambitions plan outlining key objectives and activities
  • Develop strategies to help secure any funding whilst also mitigating any risk or impact to the organisation
  • Lead and support a team of highly experienced individuals at senior level to ensure all parties are in line with the key programme objectives.
  • Build very effective relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally some of which include members, supporters, staff and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

  • Experience operating and advising at a senior level in the healthcare or NHS sector
  • Change management experience and translating big vision concepts into reality
  • Experience in being a crucial lead in new programmes or large scale project iniatives.
  • Has operated at Head of/Director of Consultant/MD level.

This is a 12 month contract starting June (two stage process) paying £102k pro rata (2-3 days part time).
