Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Internal Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team. The ISR will play a key role in generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth. This individual will primarily focus on managing inbound and outbound sales activities, providing excellent customer support, and working closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries through calls, emails, and other channels, providing potential customers with product information and pricing.
  • Proactively make outbound calls to leads and prospects, introducing the company’s products and services and qualifying potential customers.
  • Assist in identifying new sales opportunities by researching potential customers and industries.
  • Book appointments on a weekly basis for the BDM
