In this role, you'll work independently while being part of a collaborative team, contributing to a positive and supportive workplace culture.


Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain an effective legal compliance program
  • Ensuring ongoing Compliance with the National Heavy Vehicle Law
  • Ensuring all Vehicles/Trailers are kept within the Maintenance standards
  • NHVAS: Internal reviews & audits & ensure modules are updated & records kept
  • Safe Food accreditation is maintained
  • Updating the fleet software system to maintain good records of maintenance & compliance
  • Working with the fleet allocators to manage the truck &trailer assets
  • Coordinating maintenance & repair & ensuring all vehicles are safe for use
  • Driver feedback is responded to & actioned swiftly


About you:

  • Knowledge of Fleet Systems & Regulations including Fatigue, Chain of Responsibility, Vehicle Mass & Maintenance under NHVR
  • Ability to keep abreast of internal/external standards
  • Experience in transport or logistics
  • Experience working in compliance
  • A positive attitude who enjoys working in a close-knit team environment
