As a HR Business Partner, you will provide strong Partnering support, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to drive improvement and change. Main Duties & Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement pay and compensation strategies.
  • Provide tailored HR advice using metrics and data.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases.
  • Up-skill managers on HR practices.

  • Lead HR projects with proper governance.
  • Manage recruitment initiatives.

Essential Requirements:

  • Fully CIPD qualified or equivalent HR experience.
  • Significant experience in a HR generalist role.
  • Experienced in resolving key people issues and proposing improvements.
  • Experience in complex case management and liaising with trade unions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient with HR Information systems and understanding employment legislation.
  • Ability to interpret and act on complex data trends.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Knowledge of relevant educational legislation and union practices.
  • Training in job evaluation or psychometric assessments.
  • Subject matter expertise in areas like pay and reward, talent profiling, workforce planning, EDI.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Fully remote role
  • Eligible for nine day fortnight
  • 32 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)
  • Option to buy and sell up to 5 days
  • Up to 5 mental health and well being days per year
