Job Summary:

SF Recruitment (Nottingham) is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our professional services client in Nottingham. As an Interim HR Business Partner, you will directly support the Head of HR on all HR activity & projects covering the whole employee lifecycle to ensure a successful delivery of both HR and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality HR advice & guidance to the HR team and managers on various HR subjects, including complex employment relations matters.
  • Support with employee engagement surveys and communicate findings to the business.
  • Lead on continuous internal process improvements and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Manage absence across the business, including absence meetings and liaison with occupational health providers.
  • Support the HR team with senior-level recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Manage annual salary reviews, promotions, and bonuses.
  • Manage escalated inbox queries and conduct exit interviews to identify trends.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to deliver training programs.
  • Contribute to the creation of a regular newsletter with key business updates.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified with demonstrable HR generalist experience in a senior role.
  • Strong HR generalist skills, including employment law, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
