Interim HR Business Partner

SF Recruitment is proud to partner with a professional services client in Nottingham on an exciting opportunity for an Interim HR Business Partner. This role will directly support the Head of HR in delivering HR activities and projects across the employee lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of both HR and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert HR advice and guidance to the HR team and managers on various HR subjects, including complex employment matters.
  2. Support employee surveys and communicate findings to the business.
  3. Lead HR projects and initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure strategic goals and commercial requirements are met.
  5. Develop and implement internal process improvements.
  6. Manage employee absence, including absence meetings and liaison with Occupational Health providers.
  7. Support the recruitment of senior roles within the business.
  8. Manage annual salary reviews, promotions, and bonuses.
  9. Manage escalated inbox queries.
  10. Conduct exit interviews and report trends.
  11. Work closely with the Learning and Development team.
  12. Contribute to the creation of a regular newsletter with key business updates.
