We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join the Accounts team as an Accountants Administrator . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts administration and the role is for a fixed term covering maternity leave for a minimum of 12 months with a potential to be permanent.

Client Details

Our client is a pioneering British company who have been leading the designing and manufacturing of environmentally friendly solutions. Founded in High Wycombe 50 years ago, this client is a privately owned engineering company employing over 100 full time staff based throughout the UK with revenues of £15m+.

Description

  • Asset management and reports in Excel i.e pivot tables
  • Prepayments and accruals
  • Liaise with suppliers for all purchases and payment needs
  • Produce Sage Works Orders and allocate materials
  • Creation of stock reports and analysis
  • Sage housekeeping - Manage purchase order report
  • Liaise between other internal teams within the business

Profile

  • Highly Proficient with SAP/SAGE type order processing packages.
  • Experience in administrative finance
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong and confident in communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft office packages.
  • Reliable and professional in dealing with internal and external customers.
