Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our Accounts department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Process and reconcile financial transactions, including bank statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Financial Reporting: Analyze and report sales figures, as well as maintain accurate records of financial data.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the finance team, including handling petty cash, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Fixed Assets: Maintain the fixed assets register and assist with month-end closedown processes.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: AAT level 3 qualification (minimum) and highly proficient in SAP/SAGE.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, accurate attention to detail, and proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Advanced Excel essential).
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar field, with a strong background in accounts administration.
