We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing assets and reports in Excel, as well as prepayments and accruals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assets and reports in Excel, including the creation of pivot tables and other financial reports.
  • Process prepayments and accruals, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
  • Liaise with suppliers to manage all purchases and payment needs.
  • Produce Sage Works Orders and allocate materials, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management.
  • Analyze and create stock reports, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Perform Sage housekeeping tasks, including managing purchase order reports and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • AAT Level 4 (minimum) qualification in accounting or a related field.
  • Highly proficient in SAP/SAGE type order processing packages, with experience in administrative finance.
  • Accurate attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Confident and professional in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
