Accounts Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing assets and reports in Excel, as well as prepayments and accruals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assets and reports in Excel, including the creation of pivot tables and other financial reports.
- Process prepayments and accruals, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Liaise with suppliers to manage all purchases and payment needs.
- Produce Sage Works Orders and allocate materials, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management.
- Analyze and create stock reports, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Perform Sage housekeeping tasks, including managing purchase order reports and ensuring data accuracy.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- AAT Level 4 (minimum) qualification in accounting or a related field.
- Highly proficient in SAP/SAGE type order processing packages, with experience in administrative finance.
- Accurate attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Confident and professional in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
