An experienced HR Administrator is required on a temporary basis to join a large manufacturing business based near Marston Green. An immediate start ideally, looking to work on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months. Assisting with a transition project to move to a shared service centre, you will be working in a small team to assist them during this busy period.As a HR Administrator you will be - Managing a shared inbox; handling queries and monitoring absencesCompleting contracts for new starters and ensuring the onboarding process is followedLiaising with shared service centre to update SAP software for associate detailsUploading all physical files onto a central serverUpdating benefit plans and ensuring these are distributed to employeesIdeally for this role you will have -Proven HR experienceIT literate, preferably with SAP experienceConfident liaising with internal staff members face-to-face, over the phone and via emailOn offer for this HR Administrator role -Immediate start following a successful interviewCompetitive pay rateHybrid working (3 days office based and 2 working from home)Working hours of Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:45pmIf you are immediately available to start a new role, have proven experience working in HR and would like to join a friendly small team please Apply.ASC Connections Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
