HR Administrator

SF have partnered with an organisation in Coleshill, who are looking to recruit an HR Administrator on a permanent basis working closely with the HR Manager. It is a lovely little role for someone to get some experience working within HR, covering all ofthe administrative duties that come with it. During the 6 month probationary period, the role will be office based, but they are open to 1-2 days working from home after this.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage administration associated with temporary labour - checking/validation and processing of invoices, query resolution, entering and maintaining temporary labour in the time and attendance system.
- Support HR reporting processes as appropriate, collating weekly/monthly/annual data.
- System administration and generation/completion of weekly / monthly / annual reports e.g.; maintaining the HR database and time and attendance system with any employee changes and supporting the process of KPI (key performance indicator) data entry. Conductsystems audits for data integrity as required
- Maintain HR records (manual and system based) and periodically archive electronically leavers' HR files.
- Monitor Time & Attendance records (with particular emphasis upon agency worker anomaly management) and provide advice to managers.
- Support administration activities across the HR function including recruitment, training, discipline and grievance etc.
- Assist the new starter process including issuing contracts and supporting documents, checking new starter paperwork, entry of new hire information into the relevant systems, issuing clock cards and liaising with payroll.
- Administer payroll changes, including salary changes / leavers / new starters in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate the absence management process by verifying for accuracy and timeliness of absence paperwork submitted to HR in line with the Attendance Policy, ensuring appropriate liaison with payroll.
- Creation of visitor/contractor door access cards & replacement of clock cards
- Liaise with third party suppliers including Occupational Health (scheduling appointments for employees with the external Occupational Health Advisor).
- Raise purchase requisitions.
- Support the HR Manager with other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required.
