I am thrilled to be working with my client in the entertainment industry that are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a 12 month fixed-term basis. This role operates within a small HR function of a medium sized business, so welcomes anyone who loves a challenge and a fast paced role The role's deliverables:

  • Oversee the HR inbox and handle queries across the business.
  • Administer the full employee lifecycle in an operational capacity, from recruitment through to onboarding.
  • Manage an ER case load that ranges from grievances and disciplinaries to redundancies.
  • Deliver the full recruitment process, working with line managers across the organisation.
  • Produce reports on HR and employee data
  • Coach and train line managers across the business on best HR practice.

The ideal candidate:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with reporting and processing data from HR systems
  • Previous experience within the hospitality industry is preferable
  • Excellent experience in managing an ER case load
  • A passionate and tenacious advisor who is not afraid to get 'stuck-in'
