The successful candidate will be allocated a sector within the clients portfolio of existing clients and be responsible for managing and expanding key clients.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate potential of existing customers and selected prospectsPlan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact to achieve the sales and profitability goals and visit customers accordinglyExplore the needs of the customer for products and services to find solutions that provide them an excellent experience along with profitability to the companyFollow-up to customer's requests and ensure accurate administration of data and documentsHandle customer complaints should they ariseEngage with other functions, especially with Customer Service and Application Engineers, to provide the customer with products and services that meet or exceed their expectations and ensure the profitability of the offerShare information about the customer with other functions to continuously increase their understanding of customer needsMonitor market trends and competition in assigned area to contribute to the definition of the regional strategyEstablish and nurture professional relationships with key customersSeek new opportunities, special developments for products and servicesCollaborate with appropriate staff to develop application possibilities for new ideasFor more information or to apply for the position please get in touch
