What you'll do:
As the Head of Machine Learning & AI, you will be at the forefront of driving breakthrough innovations in health and life sciences. You will have the autonomy to shape the AI strategy, managing the entire ML/AI lifecycle from research to prototyping to deployment. You will lead a team of 7 people(Data Scientists, ML Engineers, AI Researchers) and you will need to collaborate with various teams to deliver high quality AI solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing the architecture, deployment, and scaling of these solutions in a cloud environment.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in machine learning and AI, preferably in a biotech, pharma, or life sciences setting.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team.
- Experience in building & designing AI/ML strategies
- Deep expertise in designing, building, and deploying machine learning models in a cloud environment.
- Proficiency with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of AWS services such as SageMaker, EC2, Lambda, S3.
