  • With support from the Product & Channel Manager, you will own the on-going development of our digital customer communication channels / journeys, including but not limited to Customer Portals, Website Help Centre and Conversational AI tools.
  • Acting as the liaison between key internal stakeholders to capture, refine and prioritise requirements to meet customer, business and regulatory needs
  • Oversee activities and act as the day-to-day contact for relevant third party vendors, ensuring they are performing as expected
  • Seek to maximise product value by defining desirable product features and benefits
  • Managing and optimising the product backlog, ensuring it is visible and well understood by key stakeholders
  • Ensuring stakeholders (internal and external) are kept informed of product developments throughout
  • Reviewing the on-going performance of existing products against various criteria including commercial results, customer experience and regulatory compliance
  • Creating, analysing and presenting Management Information (e.g. performance data) to provide management oversight and to inform decision making

Experience needed:

  • Experience in a Product Owner with 2 or years more ideally.
  • Technical knowledge and ability to translate to stakeholders with varying levels of understanding
  • Experience building strong working relationships, communicating and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, interpret significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Some experience bringing new digital products / services to market and managing throughout their lifecycle
  • Basic understanding of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulation would be a nice to have.
