Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to children, young people, and families
- Collaborate with local authorities, schools, and professionals
- Engage families in support plans for positive outcomes
- Safeguard and promote children's welfare
- Follow local and national safeguarding policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years working with children, young people, or families in a support role.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred, though not essential.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of safeguarding principles and practices.
- Checks: Enhanced DBS check required. Applicants must provide references covering the last 3 years.
- Eligibility: We are unable to sponsor Skilled Worker Visa applicants for this position.
