We are recruiting for a HR Generalist to join an established business in the Chelmsford area.  This permanent role offers a competitive salary range of £34k-£35k with good benefits and the exciting opportunity for professional development to study for a fully funded Level 5 CIPD. You will work with and visit other offices within the business and immerse yourself in various HR initiatives.  You will be an experienced HR Generalist who has worked with multiple stakeholders as well as having experience of managing business restructures and change initiatives.  We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and an excellent customer service ethos. 
  • Enjoy the chance to progress and develop professionally.
  • Confidently liaise with managers across the business including supporting/advising in ER meetings using knowledge of employment law.
  • Assist in coordinating and tracking all employee training – professional, apprenticeships and CPD.
  • Handle employee queries relating to HR.
  • Represent HR across the business, contributing to ideas and working collaboratively with the team across offices to maintain positive working relationships
  • Work closely with the Marketing team on key HR Projects such as talent attraction and retention.
  • Assist the HR Team in Employee Engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain a professional approach with an appreciation for the confidential environment of which you work in.
