Level 1 Teaching Assistant supporting on a 1-1 basis馃専 Job Title: TA 1 - 1-1 work Area: Littleborough, Rochdale Start Date: November 2025 Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience and responsibilities) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 15:30pm This full-time role involves working with a child on a 1-1 basis 馃З About the role: Provide 1:1 support with EHCPs and additional needs Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery, behaviour support, and tailored interventions Promote emotional regulation, independence, and positive routines throughout the school day Contribute to progress tracking and communicate regularly with the wider support teamWhat We're Looking For: Experience supporting children with SEND A calm, compassionate, and proactive approach Strong understanding of Autism and SEND A relevant TA qualificationTo be eligible you must: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related referencesThis is a full-time position starting in November 2025 (or sooner for the right candidate). 馃挰 Want to make a genuine impact in a rewarding SEN setting?
