Position Overview:The Sales Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing data analysis, sales materials, and administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across functions.Key Responsibilities:Sales Data Analysis & ReportingCollect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Prepare regular reports (e.g., performance dashboards, pipeline tracking) to support decision-making.Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.Sales Materials & Sample ManagementOversee inventory, distribution, and tracking of sales collateral (brochures, presentations, etc.).Manage product samples, including storage, shipping, and documentation.Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely material updates.Marketing Campaign SupportAssist in planning and executing promotional activities (e.g., trade shows, webinars).Track campaign performance and provide post-event analysis.Support lead generation efforts through data alignment and follow-up coordination.Administrative & Operational SupportProcess sales team expenses and reimbursements in compliance with company policies.Assist in office/fixed asset management (e.g., equipment allocation, maintenance).Handle ad-hoc tasks to streamline sales operations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or administrative roles.Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and data visualization tools.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Reporting Line: This role reports to the Country Manager.
