Our client is a leading training and apprenticeships providers based in the UK, which work hard to provide learners with all the necessary teaching and skills to excel in their respective career paths. Since founding several decades ago, their core aim has been to deliver Training & Development solutions of a market-leading standard and to support the professional journeys of as wide of a cohort as possible. They are currently on the lookout to expand their cohort of Training Specialists in the subject of Accountancy Level 3 and 4.


As a Training Specialist, the successful post holders will be subject matter experts in their fields of specialism and will work to support training sessions and workshops on a variety of topics. Aside from this, responsibilities would include working with stakeholders to establish learner needs, developing new and updating pre-existing materials, and organising innovative sessions to ensure active participation.


The ideal person will have:

  • A professional qualification in Accountancy AND proven industry experience
  • Previous experience as a Training Specialist/Associate
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as organisation and time management
  • Ability to use eLearning tools, platforms, and software
  • Professional use in Microsoft Teams for digital training delivery
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and creativity in creating digital learning solutions


Aside from a competitive daily rate, the work will be flexible, with mostly remote needs but alongside travel to various locations as and when required.
