The role will primarily focus on Care Proceedings work, with some exposure to private family matters, such as Child Arrangements cases.The successful candidate will handle a variety of administrative and legal support tasks, working with minimal supervision once familiar with the firm’s processes.Key Responsibilities:• Review and summarise case documents, including hospital and expert reports, preparing clear and detailed notes.• Complete C2 applications and other court documentation accurately.• Open new client files and upload relevant documentation to the case management system.• Prepare, paginate, and file court bundles.• Book and liaise with Counsel where required.• Assist with both Care and Private Family cases, including Child Arrangements matters.
