The Private Client Team Comprising 21 fee earners, the division is led by Partner and Divisional Head , Valerie Robinson . You will be based at the Worcester office, with the wider team working from Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Telford and Ludlow offices. The role is office based, and you will be fully supported by the team upon joining in all aspects of the role and practice area. This is an amazing opportunity to join the team at an exciting time when we are expanding our client base. Day to day, you’ll be successful in this role if you are: Ideally an experienced Paralegal, with knowledge of working within a Private Client team on a diverse range of Private Client matters. You will have excellent client service and interpersonal skills, an ability to build long term relationships with clients, be a proactive team player, have a positive can-do attitude, manage multiple tasks and be committed to delivering high quality work with an eye for detail. A full driving licence is required for this role. Key Responsibilities: Undertake appropriate level fee earning and administrative support work, commensurate to the role, to progress client matters. Assist with file management including file openings/closures and the consistent review of files. As and when appropriate on the Partner’s behalf, attend to or advise clients and others of the progress of their matter, taking accurate instructions/messages for the Partner’s attention. Make appointments and maintain up to date diary entries.
