As a medium-to-large organisation, they combine a personable, family-driven culture with the scale and professionalism of a long-established industry leader.Key Responsibilities: Produce high-quality written responses for tender submissions, proposals, and presentations Carry out research to gather accurate technical and project-specific information Edit and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and client alignment Manage submission timelines and ensure all documents meet required deadlines Collaborate with internal teams to obtain technical, commercial, and operational input Maintain an up-to-date repository of bid materials for future use Contribute to improving bid processes and documentation standardsRequired Qualifications and Experience: 3+ years experience in a construction environment Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to produce clear, compelling, and professional documentation Proficiency in content structuring, research, and developing targeted and engaging bid submissions Experience in project and time management to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously Knowledge or experience in construction, property development, or working with Local Authorities is an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferredWhat the Company Offers: A long-standing, reputable business with a strong presence in the residential sector Supportive and collaborative culture within a family-owned environment Involvement in impactful residential projects across North London Opportunities for professional development and process improvement A stable and engaging role within a well-established bid functionFor more information or a confidential discussion, please contactGrace .
