Job Description – Occupational Health Advisor A leading organisation in the Southampton area is seeking a Junior Occupational Health Advisor to join its on-site Occupational Health team. Supporting approximately 850 employees and 420 contractors, this role is responsible for delivering a professional, evidence-based clinical service that promotes health, safety and wellbeing across the workplace. The successful candidate will conduct medicals, health surveillance, case management, drug and alcohol testing and support annual health programmes, including flu vaccination delivery. They will also contribute to health promotion initiatives, provide professional occupational health advice, support policy and risk assessment development, and work collaboratively with key teams and stakeholders across the site. Key Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality occupational health services and assessments, ensuring clinical recommendations align with business needs and policies. * Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records for all employees. * Support the development and review of Occupational Health policies, procedures and guidelines. * Build strong and trusted relationships with employees, managers and HR partners to deliver a robust Occupational Health service aligned with legislation and best practice. * Provide specialist reports and management advice during periods of i...
