In 2024 The AIM Group is going through a large expansion. With the expansion of the group, we are looking for an outgoing account manager with business development experience to support onboarding new clients, finding new clients and establishing new product lines.

The role is an excellent opportunity to be at the forefront of the company's growth working directly with our Head of contracts and Funding


Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:


  • Sourcing new clients and contracts using a variety of methods
  • Business development to grow to the department
  • Research and develop new income streams for the company
  • Build new relationships with colleges and providers to enable partnerships
  • Manage all contracts and clients connected to The AIM Group
  • Assisting with the launch of new clients within the company
  • Attend client meetings
  • Establish new qualification arms of the AIM Group as we expand our hub to incorporate all qualifications opportunities.
  • Reviewing all college reports to ensure a high level of account management to clients
  • Target and KPI driven, on course percentages and analysis for both AIM and the client
  • Monitoring monthly numbers with colleges to establish where we may need more resource and our KPI’s are being met internally.
