The OpportunityThe junior people partner will support the People partner and leadership team in the implementation of people strategies that align with and drive business objectives. You will provide hands on day to day support as well as having the opportunity to contribute to larger strategic HR initiatives. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • First point of contact for managers providing advice on all stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • ER ownership in conjunction with line managers.
  • Engagement with Trade Unions.
  • Management development coaching and direction, building capability.
  • Preparation of reports and presentations.
Who we are looking forWith an HR qualification or experience in the field of HR you will be an excellent communicator with an eye for detail. Proficient on Microsoft systems and experienced in using HR systems you will enjoy being part of a close knit and supportive team whilst relishing the autonomy to make decisions.
