Your focus will be to act as the primary internal customer contact, proactively coordinating with planning, purchasing, factories, logistics, and finance to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) and a superior customer experience. We’re committed to your growth and provide clear paths for advancement and development.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Expediting & supply/logistics coordination (retained from current role)Expedite suppliers, factories and carriers to protect customer commitments; trigger recovery plans when risk to OTD is detected. Monitor supplier/production progress, escalating constraints to materials/planning for re‑prioritization. Coordinate shipping readiness, delivery bookings and proof‑of‑delivery documentation with logistics partners. Intercompany Pricing and Site Contract ManagementAct as the administrator for the customer contractors, , and other tools to ensure accuracy, correct processing, and timely changes and management if intercompany transfer pricing and operationsFollow Order Management standards and access controls per SOM/OM policies. Data quality, systems & reportingMaintain accurate data in Syteline/SAP Order Management and connected tools (e.g., Esker/OCR, JDI/FF2, One BI/ERS) including acknowledgements, promise dates, shipment details and invoices. Run daily/weekly reports to manage backlog, clean order %, and sales to drive Growth Who You Are:You display a can-do attitude in good and bad times. You partner with others to get work done. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.You acquire data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems. You break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions. You act with a clear sense of ownership. For This Role, You Will Need:Minimum 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably within a manufacturing or factory environment preferred Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) systems (e.g,Syteline SAP). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Local language. Fluent in English. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities; proactiveDetails oriented, ability to work under time pressure and multi-tasks, good judgment skillsPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:Experience with any ERP or CRM software is an advantage.
