IT Group Coordinator

We’re looking for an IT Group Coordinator to join our collaborative IT Administration team at Buro Happold.The role will be based from our Bath office with hybrid working.About The RoleAs our IT Group Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of a global IT team, providing essential administrative and procurement support to over 100 talented engineers and business services professionals. You’ll be the go-to person for admin-related queries, helping ensure smooth operations across the business.This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment alongside passionate professionals who drive innovation in all things technical.What You’ll Be DoingManaging a variety of admin tasks: purchase orders, credit card reconciliations, asset disposals, travel/training bookingsSupporting key IT meetings: diary management, minute-taking, agenda prep, action trackingEditing and publishing the IT monthly newsletterCoordinating onboarding for new IT starters and group overtime submissionsMaintaining contract databases and supporting internal communicationsContributing to carbon footprint reporting and wider IT projectsStaying up to date with best practices in IT administrationWhat We’re Looking ForGood secondary education and relevant qualifications (or working towards them)Proven experience in office or admin rolesA confident, proactive attitude with strong organisational skillsExcellent communication across email, phone, and in personStrong IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, databases, spreadsheetsA team player who can also work independentlyWhy Join Us?You’ll be fully supported by the IT Procurement & Administration Manager and the wider IT Admin team, with full training provided.
