Responsibilities:- Conduct internal audits to assess the company's compliance with regulations and policies - initiate, update and maintain policies on an on-going basis.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies and develop when needed.- Work with Senior Stakeholders to ensure awareness of changes in guidance and legislation.- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities.- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with banking regulations.- Investigate any compliance breaches or issues and propose corrective actions.

- Prepare agendas for meetings and ensure circulation in advance as well as reviewing minutes

- Administration support for Key Stakeholders as and when required, this can range from recruitment and training support, diary management, complaint management, monitoring report submission,

Experience:- Proven experience in a compliance role desirable- Educated to degree level- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations.- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.- Line management experience
