Here, you’ll be joining a small and ambitious R&D department. You’ll be providing support in expanding our client’s product portfolio by developing and testing new industrial coatings and repair composites.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Experience (and excellent knowledge) in the research and development of thermoset polymers for coatings/adhesives/composites
  • Skilled in material testing techniques such as thermal analysis (DSC, HDT), adhesion properties (lap shear, peel, etc.), mechanical strength and weathering
  • A degree in (Polymer) Chemistry/Materials Science (or similar)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, logical thinker, and great team player
