Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven New Business Sales Executive to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and innovation, and a proven track record in sales within the food industry, farm to fork, and/or healthcare sectors. As a New Business Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our cutting-edge sterilisation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of Pristify's technology to potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Pristify’s solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Food Science, Microbiology, Public Health, Infection Prevention or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- Strong understanding of sterilisation technologies and their applications.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
