At 10X Managers, we are on a mission to revolutionise the way managers and leaders develop across the globe. We are seeking experienced facilitators, coaches, trainers, and consultants who are passionate about fostering growth and development in the managerial and leadership domains. As an Associate Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful workshops and sessions to our diverse client organisations.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver engaging and dynamic workshops and sessions that align with our core values.
  • Facilitate peer knowledge transfer, encouraging managers and leaders to learn from each other and share their experiences.
  • Deliver actionable sessions that enable participants to leave with clear next steps and practical tools to address their challenges.
  • Conduct fast-paced sessions that resonate with the continuous, experimental, and reflective nature of effective management and leadership.

 

We Are Looking For Individuals Who:

  • Have substantial experience and proven skills in facilitating workshops and sessions.
  • Possess a unique background and credibility in their field, offering valuable insights and teachings.
  • Are committed to fostering a community-first environment, where participants can engage in meaningful knowledge exchange.

 

Contractual Details:

  • This is a contract-based position, offering £100 per hour on workshops - Note our model does involve short workshops so often jobs will be 1 hour in length when delivered remotely.
  • There is no minimum or maximum commitment to work. Being an Associate Facilitator with us opens opportunities to engage with our clients and showcase your expertise.
  • You have the option to work project that are remote, in-person or a combination of both.
