Are you compassionate and dedicated, with a talent for night-time care? CrossReach is looking for a Night Care Worker to join our team and provide exceptional overnight support. If you value teamwork and are committed to our Christian values, this role could be for you.
As a Night Care Worker, you will offer wakeful night cover and handle essential domestic duties. You’ll be a key worker for service users, managing care plans, assisting with personal care, and liaising with health professionals. Your role includes maintaining a high standard of the physical environment, monitoring nutritional needs, and handling emergencies.
You should have or be willing to obtain an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care, and basic computer skills are required. Respect for Christian worship and facilitating service users’ participation in worship are essential.
