Director of Revenue Management

We have an exciting and unique opportunity for Director of Revenue Management to join The Biltmore Mayfair.

As Director of Revenue at our hotel, you will be responsible for maximising company`s financial performance through effective revenue management strategy ie Rooms, M&E & F&B revenues across the business.

Director of Revenue key responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Provide personalized and high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies to improve occupancy & ADR, expand service offerings and promote loyalty programs to encourage repeat visits & boost direct bookings.
  • Launch targeted marketing campaigns focusing on off-peak seasons, establish partnerships with travel agencies, and offer special packages.
  • Optimize the hotel website for user experience, implement an effective strategy, and utilize social media marketing to drive traffic to the website.
  • Analyse current revenue practise in place and make suggestions on how these may be refined.
  • Various distribution channels.
  • Planning, Execution, Relationship Management, Financials and developing Strategy.

Director of Revenue will have:

  • Previous experience as a Director of Revenue in a similar luxury hotel or same size property
  • Candidates with experience using Opera cloud PMS, IDeaS RMS, Rategain, Windsurfer, OTA extranet platforms, Fornova Rate Shopping, STR and Travelclick products are of particular interest
  • Must have excellent attention to detail, numerical and analytical skills
  • Full Time position, able to work some evenings or weekends if required
  • Passionate and able to motivate/ inspire others
  • Work on team development
  • Excellent communications skill
  • Must to able to evaluate and analyse complex data sets
  • Action oriented approach, Commercial acumen, performance driven and action oriented

About the Hotel

The Biltmore Mayfairopened in September2019 after undergoing a multi-million-pound redevelopment. Situated on a super prime location in the heart of Mayfair on Grosvenor Square, will offer 257 luxuriously appointed guest rooms as well as 51 highly-curated and beautifully designed suites, which will reflect the propertys origin as a sophisticated and elegant London private residence.

An all-year round alfresco terrace, an exclusive cocktail bar and a large gymtech fitness suite. In addition, the hotel will showcase an impressive 500 sqm ballroom and various smaller function suites up to 100 guests.
