Overview of Role:

Ensure smooth running of all bar operations.

Work in conjunction with existing Bar Supervisor.

Work in conjunction with Head Chef and his team.

Work in conjunction with the Club Bookings Co-ordinator

Organise and communicate weekly staff with joint supervisor in a timely manner.

Ensure weekly/daily checklists are completed by bar staff.

Ensure all the bar team adhere to systems and procedures.

Ensure all stock is rotated and stored in a safe manner.
