Many generations later and the company is continuously growing and expanding due to their success About the Job You will report to the Head of Credit and Risk Be able to successfully manage the cash collection and debt control function for the entire company portfolio through to legal stage in line with Credit Strategy and Policy. Your skills & experience Lead a team of 10 credit controllers develop and monitor the teams efficiency point of contact for customer queries reduce and oversee the debt produce management reports oversee customers accounts keeping up to date with settling accounts resolve any difficult situations This is a office based role, hybrid is not a working option. Essential minimum of 3 years credit control 2 years credit management experience experience in targets and fast paced environment staff training and development use of credit checking software reviewing individual and team performances Desired Knowledge of NI/ROI/Scottish Legal system debt recovery court hearings PQ Credit management qualification at level 2 and above or QBE For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career get in touch with Amy at HireIQ in complete confidence.
