As part of our client's organisation, you'll be at the heart of their self-contained office, providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. �???

What you'll do: ??

  • Welcome guests with a friendly smile, ensuring they sign in and out ??
  • Handle incoming calls and pass on messages promptly ??
  • Create security passes for new team members �?
  • Ensure the office is well-stocked with supplies ??
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and refreshments �??
  • Arrange taxis and couriers when needed ????
  • Manage the reception email account with efficiency ??
  • Set up meeting rooms and tidy up after ??�?
  • Maintain a neat and organised reception area ��
  • Notify staff of incoming packages ??
  • Liaise with vendors/suppliers as required ??
  • Support weekly fire alarm tests ????
  • Monitor CCTV during the day to ensure security �?

Who you are: ??

  • A warm and welcoming individual who loves meeting new people ??
  • Proactive and ready to take charge of tasks independently ??
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for multitasking ??
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages ??
  • Able to keep calm and work well under pressure ?
  • Previous administration or facilities experience is a plus ??
  • Knowledge of office health and safety is an advantage ??
