JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer
PQE: 4+ PQE
LOCATION: Cambridge
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
With a strong workflow of residential property matters, the established and stable team is looking to appoint an additional Residential Property Lawyer with a strong track record of dealing with all aspects of residential property. A client-focussed and ambitious Residential Property Lawyer with proven technical expertise in advising across the broad spectrum of residential property matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with at least 4 years’ experience are sought to join this leading practice in Cambridge and deal with their own caseload of residential property matters. You will have strong experience in dealing with your own caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages and leases. Ideal Residential Property Lawyers will have dealt with the whole conveyancing process from start to finish. The successful Residential Property Solicitor will possess the ability to provide a fantastic level of client service and work within a close-knit team.
