With continuous innovation and improvement, Nuzest delivers solutions that provide both immediate benefits and long-term wellness.Role DescriptionWe’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Operations Manager and Executive Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, excellent customer service, and efficient communication with our warehouses and wholesale partners.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess retail, wholesale, and marketing/sample orders accurately and on timeLiaise daily with UK and EU 3PL warehouses to ensure timely and correct dispatch of ordersCreate and send B2B invoices and credit notes; maintain communication with B2B clientsManage Amazon stock replenishment and respond to customer queriesSupport onboarding and ordering processes for wholesale customers via CORE B2BMaintain accurate records in the CORE system, including stock transfers and adjustmentsRespond to customer support tickets via Gorgias in a timely and professional mannerAssist with event planning and execution, including occasional out-of-hours supportOrder branded POS materials and support general office administration as neededBe a reliable on hand team player to help be the foundational support for an exciting growth phaseAct as a brand ambassador, embodying Nuzest’s values and missionWhat we're looking forA minimum of 1 year of experience in administration, or customer supportStrong attention to detail and accurate record-keepingExcellent communication skills – personable, friendly, and highly literateAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentCritical thinker and problem solver with a proactive mindsetComfortable with occasional flexible hours to support eventsA full UK driving licencePerks & BenefitsCompetitive salaryWellness allowanceProduct allowanceSmart casual dress codeCompany events and mentoring programmeEmployee discount on Nuzest productsCompany pensionModern office with kitchen, showers, and bike storageGenerous annual leave plus wellness daysPotential for annual bonusPlease note this is a full time, in person, office based role (Chesterfield, Derbyshire) - Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (with some flexibility)
