**VACANCY: Customer Service Coordinator ( Export / International )**

**LOCATION: Chesterfield - S41**

**ABOUT US**:
Fusion Group is part of the AVK Group; who are market leaders in the design, manufacture and supply of valves, pipe fittings, hydrants and flow control equipment to the Water, Waste Water, Oil and Gas industries throughout the world.

Based at our site in Chesterfield, we are looking for a solution-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to deliver excellence and account manage a variety of UK and Export customers. In this varied Customer Service role, you will have experience in Export legislation, Sales Order Processing, Customer enquiry handling, working with a varied product portfolio and account management.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high calibre individual who displays the desire, drive and determination to provide an exceptional service to our valued customers and partners.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Communicate with customers to advise, prepare and send quotations, pricing, lead times and delivery dates
- Consult with customers offering additional products that complement their requirements
- Ensure the swift and effective resolution of customer complaints when they arise
- Provide PODs, Shipping documents and other Export control licences
- Manage customer data base (CRM) ensuring it is up to date and accurate

**ABOUT YOU**:

- A passion for delivering the best customer service and willing to go that extra mile
- Strong understanding of global export and customs requirements, procedures and legislation
- Ability to learn about our products and services, guiding customers
- Knowledge of polyethylene pipe jointing, manufacturing or engineering businesses
- Flexibility to adjust to workload priorities to take account of new deadlines
- Solid IT capabilities; Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- A flexible, forward-thinking approach to work
