Role Description
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Operations Manager and Executive Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, excellent customer service, and efficient communication with our warehouses and wholesale partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Process retail, wholesale, and marketing/sample orders accurately and on time
- Liaise daily with UK and EU 3PL warehouses to ensure timely and correct dispatch of orders
- Create and send B2B invoices and credit notes; maintain communication with B2B clients
- Manage Amazon stock replenishment and respond to customer queries
- Support onboarding and ordering processes for wholesale customers via CORE B2B
- Maintain accurate records in the CORE system, including stock transfers and adjustments
- Respond to customer support tickets via Gorgias in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with event planning and execution, including occasional out-of-hours support
- Order branded POS materials and support general office administration as needed
- Be a reliable on hand team player to help be the foundational support for an exciting growth phase
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Nuzest's values and mission
What we're looking for
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in administration, or customer support
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
- Excellent communication skills – personable, friendly, and highly literate
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinker and problem solver with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable with occasional flexible hours to support events
- A full UK driving licence
