Logistics Co-ordinator

This role involves assisting and supporting the company in the handling of its day to day financial/ logistics matters.
This role involves but is not limited to:
- Providing admin support to the finance manager to help them perform their duties quickly and accurately.
- Assisting in the purchasing process from ordering through to chasing orders and ensuring their delivery within the required timescale.
- Assisting with the logistics of moving goods from manufacturers to our warehouses in the UK and the Netherlands and finally onwards to our clients
- Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders and goods received notes
- Scanning, filing and logging accounts documents and updating computerised accounting systems
- Maintaining manufacturers price lists
- Proactively helping to enhance and improve processes and the running of the finance/logistics department
Requirements:
- Good maths knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- The ability to work with others in a small team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use own initiative and be flexible and open-minded
- Thorough attention to detail
The role is 5 days a week, 9am-5.30pm with an hours lunch, office based in Chessington.
