An opportunity is now available for a Human Resources Coordinator, Global Mobility to join a global business in their London office 5 days per week.


Responsibilities:

  • Reply to inquiries via email from assignees
  • Support the global mobility team with day to day admin and data entry tasks
  • Assess relocation cost estimates to ensure accuracy
  • Update the internal system with required documents including assignment letters
  • Work closely with tax and immigration vendors


Requirements:

  • Experience working within Human Resources, Global Mobility or Relocation preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience analysing data and documents
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
