It's important to plan, track, and forecast using the Project Tracker and Target Revenue, prepare necessary paperwork, and attend pre-start meetings with the Project Manager. You will verify drawings, parts lists, and financial sheets, and provide subcontractors with all relevant documents for installation.You'll coordinate material orders and acknowledge client POs, ensuring all necessary documents like RAMS are ready as well as set up project folders in platforms like SharePoint and issue relevant cost and variation orders. You will work closely with site teams to manage material deliveries, maintain quality control, and resolve design or installation issues.You'll ensure timely completion and submission of project documentation, process invoices, and assist in preparing monthly forecasts and payment applications. Track project variations and monitor subcontractor performance through KPIs, providing quarterly reports.
