Temporary Membership and Insurance Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Membership and Insurance Administrator to join a Charity to help support them and the team with administration during a busy period.

You would need to be immediately available as they are looking to start this role ASAP.

Key duties:

  • Answering calls and be first point of contact.
  • Answering shared email inbox and responding to any member queries.
  • Opening the post.
  • Processing insurance documents and getting them sent out.
  • Updating the CRM/database on interactions with members and any changes.
  • You will be providing admin support to the teams so will be a range of different duties that could be expected from you.

Experience Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Used of a CRM/database system.
  • Must be good with figures and numbers and you may be providing quotes to members.
  • Someone who is organised and able to effectively manage their time.
  • Good customer service skills.
