We have taken on a great opportunity to join well establish private equity firm as a float PA. There are about 250 people globally, with a close-knit and collaborative team based out of stunning Mayfair offices. The successful PA will be joining a team of 20 support staff who work closely together to provide seamless support.

THE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLE:
The successful candidate will join the team as a float PA, providing holiday and sickness cover while working closely with the other EAs on overflow support:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Complex travel booking
  • Meeting management
  • Document preparation and collation
  • Ad hoc admin tasks

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and collaborative approach to the role. Prior experience in a similar environment is essential, as the successful PA will need to be able to hit the ground running.
