We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Float PA to join our team at Aldrich & Company Limited. As a key member of our Deal Team, you will provide exceptional support to our professionals, ensuring seamless execution of client projects.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate complex diaries, scheduling client meetings and travel arrangements across multiple time zones
  • Manage global travel arrangements, including last-minute changes
  • Handle invoices and expenses with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organize client entertainment and events
  • Develop strong working relationships with other PAs and professionals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a financial services or professional services firm is essential
  • Float PA experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and sense of humor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
